Job description

Are you passionate about music education and inspiring the next generation of musicians? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Music Teacher to join a school in the Honiton area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives through the power of music.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials that align with educational standards and objectives.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their musical development.

Requirements:

  • Strong musical background with proficiency in one or more instruments.
  • Experience teaching music in a school setting or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential in music.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
