Here at Teaching Personnel we are looking for a music teacher to work with us on a part-time basis in the area of Didsbury.

This role will be an immediate start and will be working Monday – Friday, with those days being full-time. This role will be a music focused role requiring you to be a fully qualified teacher with a passion for Music and able to communicate that to students.

The school is an excellent school in the Didsbury area near, Stockport, Parrs wood, and  it is easy to access via public transport being close to main roads and walking distance to a train station. The staff of the school are all kind and compassionate embodying the values of the school to an excellent degree. The students can at times be challenging with some of your focus being on behaviour management allowing you to assist students who need that extra helping hand.

Key information:

  • The pay will be (£153.85 - £238.59) per day.
  • You will be working the full standard school day.
  • The placement of the school will be temporary with the potential for it to turn into a long-term contract.
  • The length of the initial placement will be the entire summer term.
  • You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 students.

Requirements:

  • You must have a passion for teaching Music and the relevant qualifications.
  • The ability to inspire creativity in students will be essential to your success in the role.
  • Planning and marking responsibilities are included (you will be paid to reflect this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
