Music Teacher – Secondary School (Chorley)

Start Date: January 2026
End Date: Friday 27th March 2026
Contract: Full-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students in the world of music, delivering high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons that foster creativity and confidence.
  • Prepare students for assessments and support their progress.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities such as school concerts and performances.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching music at secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for music education.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
