Seeking an Exceptional MFL Teacher with French & Spanish Specialisation!

Are you passionate about fostering a love for languages and cultures in the next generation? Our esteemed institution is on the lookout for a dynamic MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) teacher with a specialisation in French and Spanish to join our dedicated team from September 2024 on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons in French and Spanish to students of varying proficiency levels.
  • Cultivating a stimulating learning environment that encourages linguistic exploration and cultural appreciation.
  • Developing tailored curriculum materials to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
  • Providing constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their language acquisition journey.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary connections and promote cross-cultural understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Modern Languages, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven expertise in teaching French and Spanish, with a deep understanding of language acquisition principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of pedagogical best practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
