Primary Supply Teacher – Mitcham – September 2025 Start

Day-to-Day Teaching Opportunities with Flexibility

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Teachers to take on day-to-day supply work across schools in the Mitcham area. This role is perfect for teachers who want the freedom to choose when they work, gain experience in a variety of school settings, and enjoy the challenge of stepping into different classrooms.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), supply teaching gives you the chance to inspire pupils, develop your practice, and maintain a healthy work-life balance without the demands of planning and marking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging lessons that follow the school’s curriculum plans
  • Support pupils’ learning and adapt to their needs
  • Maintain positive behaviour and a calm classroom environment
  • Work effectively with different staff teams in a range of schools

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification
  • Previous experience working in UK primary schools
  • Strong behaviour management and adaptability across different year groups
  • Availability for at least one day per week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
