Fully Qualified Modern Foreign Languages Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working with an an Outstanding Secondary School in Reading.

Are you a dynamic and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' language learning journey? The school in question is an outstanding secondary school located in the vibrant city of Reading, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL teacher to join our exceptional team.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Full Qualified MFL Teacher you will:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for foreign languages and cultures.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal growth of each student.
  • Utilize modern teaching techniques, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and student learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, extracurricular activities, and parent engagement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
  • A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
  • Passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
