Maths Tutor

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a number of Maths tutors for a highly touted school in the Altrincham area.

As a registered NTP (National Tutoring Programme) partner Teaching Personnel have been inundated with requests for Mathematics tutors to support schools across South Manchester.

 A highly academic Altrincham based secondary school has contacted Teaching Personnel to provide 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 tuition intervention sessions for their EHCP students. These students have been outlined by the SENCO as falling behind academically, they range across all year groups within school but with a focus on Year 7 and Year 11 students who have been worse effected by school closures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, tuition or maths intervention schemes, ideally at the secondary level. It’s important to have the ability to build strong relationships with students in order to foster a passion for learning.

• Earn £20 per hour
• Work in one of the most highly touted secondary schools in the North West
• Start date to be confirmed

Any successful applicant would be subject to DBS and Right to work UK checks so relevant documents will be requested.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
