Job Title: Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Full-Time)
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: £140–£180 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary/Permanent Opportunities Available
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and thriving secondary school in Guildford?

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback

  • Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3/KS4; KS5 desirable)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A passion for Maths and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
