Maths Teacher - SEN School

I am recruiting a Maths Teacher for a permanent appointment at a client school in the North Leeds area.

I am seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join a successful Special Needs School in Leeds from September 2020 on a full time basis. The school is located within an easy commutable distance from Leeds City Centre and the A1.

The school is large Special Needs School for students who are unable to attend mainstream school due to a number of reasons including Autism, ADHD, SEN and SEMH needs. The school works hard to push students and have good expectations for themselves and achieve their full potential. Students in school value the care and attention staff put into their education and their personal circumstances. 

I am looking for a qualified Mathematics Teacher who is able to:

• demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning
• teach Maths to KS2
• teach Maths to KS3
• manage challenging behaviour
• strong differentiation skills and experience with EHCP's

The permanent appointment is subject to successfully completing a qualifying period via Teaching Personnel. We can offer competitive rates of pay which reflect your teacher pay scale (main pay scale); teachers on an upper pay scale can also be considered for the roles. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
