Maths Teacher – Nottingham NG2 – September 2020

 

**MPS/UPS depending upon previous teaching experience

**Teaching students ages ranging 11-16 up to GCSE level

**Must hold QTS

 

One of our client schools in Nottingham are looking to appoint an experienced Maths teacher on a permenant basis. 

To be considered for this role, the successful Maths teacher must be a result driven/goal orientated teacher, that is able to stretch the learning of students no matter what their ability. The appointed Maths teacher will be comfortable teaching students that are aged between 11-16 up to GCSE level and preparing them for their exams.

A successful 11-18 "larger than average" comprehensive school of over 500 students, with an attached sixth form. With modern buildings and state of the art facilities provide an excellent learning environment and their talented and dedicated team of staff are wholly committed to the school and its students. With a broad curriculum which enables students to develop knowledge and skills that lead to important qualifications and the nurturing of talents.

Over the last couple years, the school was judged to be ‘Good’ by Ofsted. They are committed to continually improving, and recently achieved strong results at KS3 and KS4. The school is very proud of these measures, and are more ambitious for the future.
