Maths Teacher

Due to an upcoming gap within their Maths department (maternity leave) our client school located in Salford wish to appoint a temporary Maths teacher to join their team ahead of May 2021.

• Full time Maths teacher required from May 2021
• Temporary contract for up to 12 months covering maternity leave
• Ofsted graded Good secondary school located in Salford
• Pay in line with MPS/UPS dependant on experience (GBP25,714 - GBP41,604)

Requirements of the role;

• PGCE or equivalent in secondary Mathematics 11-16
• A track record of achieving excellent results and the ability to challenge pupils learning
• Good behaviour management skills and the skills to stretch the learning of all pupils no matter what their ability

Located in Salford, close to Eccles, the school is easily accessible via the M602 motorway. There is free parking available to staff; alternatively the public transport links are very accessible to the surrounding areas, Trafford, Leigh and central Manchester.
