Teaching Personnel work with many different SEN Schools in Southampton who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to jump into the role and hit the ground running to help their classes.
Our aim is to help you find a school that fits you. Which is a great opportunity for those who are currently studying or want to begin a new career in education! Working out what days you can work and trying to link you with schools that fit yours and their needs. Perfect for those with other commitments or currently in studies.
Teaching assistant role:
- Contract: Full/Part-Time
- Hours: Term Time (8:30am to 3:30pm)
- Pay: £65-75 per day (depending on experience)
Your day to day will include supporting students who may need assistance, following the lead of the class teacher and helping them through their lesson plans, keeping a positive and enthusiastic energy to inspire the children to learn and enjoy their lessons and get the support they need.

Ideal Candidates:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Experience in working with young children between 5-19
- Immediate Availability
- Eager to make a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
