Teaching Personnel are looking for Teacher of Maths wanting to take a step away from the commitments of a permanent teacher and the additional work loads they bring out of school hours.We are working with multiple schools across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas including Academy Trusts, Outstanding Schools and Independent Schools to provide them with Maths specialists on a temporary basis in order to allow their pupils to receive high quality education in the absence of their usual teachers.

Your working day:

• Arrival and departure time alongside pupils
• No preparation required
• Access to school map, timetable and policies for the day
• Support from on-call SLT/Teachers
• Supervision of classroom
• No additional break or lunch duties

Some schools even provide lunch!

We are thrilled to be looking to recruit eager, enthusiastic and energetic trained teachers in Maths, across all specialisms and those looking to teach KS3, KS4 and sometimes even Ks5. We require those with:

• A passion for their subject
• Excellent knowledge of the curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible approach to working
• A dedication to staying within education

At present we have temporary Maths cover in Waterlooville and Portsmouth schools available for varying time-scales including 1 term and 1 years Maternity cover. In addition to this we regularly have daily cover requirements in the subject of Maths.
