This opportunity is ideal for individuals hoping to secure a permanent role in the future within the Maths department.
- Full-time Maths teacher required.
- Secondary school in Salford – Ofsted graded ‘Good’.
- Required from September 2021 or earlier, on an ongoing basis.
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (GBP25,714 - GBP41,604 per annum).
- Access to CPD courses to aid pupil attainment, staff development and behaviour management.
- Must have QTS and have experience teaching Maths up to GCSE level.
The successful Maths teacher will be expected to teach a full timetable to pupils aged 11-16 across Key Stage 3 and GCSE. The incoming Maths teacher will be taking on full planning and marking responsibilities and will need to deliver differentiated Maths lessons to meet the needs of individual learners at various levels of learning.
Our client school is located in Salford and can be accessed via the M60 and M61 from surrounding areas such as Bolton, Leigh and South Manchester. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from surrounding areas of Salford such as Worsley and Swinton.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
