Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with secondary schools across Northampton to recruit a Qualified Maths Teacher for a full-time role starting January 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive department and play a key role in improving student outcomes.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Teach a range of topics including algebra, geometry, statistics, and number

• Assess, track, and report on student progress

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

• Work collaboratively within the Maths department and wider school team

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school setting

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths education

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
