Position: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Northampton
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: Immediate/January 2024 (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Use data-driven assessment to monitor student progress and provide targeted interventions where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom ethos, ensuring the needs of all learners are met.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level (KS3-5 preferred).
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student development.
- Ability to inspire students with a passion for learning and achieving excellence.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
