The Role

As a valued member of the Maths department, you will:

• Deliver engaging, challenging, and inspiring Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver creative lessons that promote confidence, curiosity, and academic success.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the department and wider school community.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Is passionate about making Maths accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for all learners.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong behaviour management skills.
• Has high expectations for student achievement and is committed to raising attainment.
• Is an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
