The Role
As a valued member of the Maths department, you will:
- Deliver engaging, challenging, and inspiring Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that promote confidence, curiosity, and academic success.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the continued success of the department and wider school community.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Is passionate about making Maths accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for all learners.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong behaviour management skills.
- Has high expectations for student achievement and is committed to raising attainment.
- Is an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
