Job description
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established secondary school in Loughborough to recruit a qualified Maths Teacher for a full-time position starting in the new academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join a supportive Maths department and make a positive impact on student achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about inspiring young people and raising attainment.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
