We are working with a central Hull based school who are currently looking for a Maths Teacher to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The school are Ofsted rated 'Good' and are looking for a dedicated Teacher to be able to join the school and enable the children to have the education they deserve.
The Candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified teacher - open to experienced and newly qualified teachers.
- Excellent subject knowledge - MUST be able to teach across KS3 - KS4
- Ideally hold a subject related degree
- Be able to delivering 'Good' to 'Outstanding' lessons
- A dedicated individual who has a passion for teaching.
- Live in or be able to commute to Hull
The role will entail:
- A Maths Teacher position within an alternative school
- KS3 & KS4 classes, have to have the ability to teach GCSE Maths.
- 1:1 Intervention with students requiring additional support or identified as working below expected levels
- Must be able to effectively work with pupils to turn negative behaviour into positive solutions
