Maths Teacher (KS3-KS5)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Essex?

We are working with a number of welcoming and well-established secondary schools across Essex that are seeking talented Mathematics Teachers to join their departments from September. Opportunities are available for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are committed to delivering outstanding lessons and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Support pupils of varying abilities to develop confidence and achievement in Mathematics
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Mathematics within UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent subject knowledge across KS3-KS5
  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting student development
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
