Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with a dynamic and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Basildon, Essex. The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join its well-established department from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities of the Maths Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (opportunities for KS5 depending on experience)

  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that challenges and inspires students

  • Use data to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school

  • Participate in departmental planning, training, and whole-school events

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. While this role is advertised as permanent, some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
