Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a progressive and inclusive secondary school in Grays, Essex, currently looking to appoint a passionate and committed Maths Teacher for a September 2025 start.

The school is part of a successful multi-academy trust with a strong focus on staff development, wellbeing, and student progress. The Maths department is a key strength of the school and benefits from excellent resources, experienced staff, and a track record of strong outcomes at GCSE.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students (KS5 teaching available based on experience)

  • Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners

  • Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching where necessary

  • Contribute to curriculum planning, interventions, and enrichment opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to raise standards and share best practice

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a permanent post, but flexibility may be discussed for the right candidate.
