Our School based in Hampstead is currently recruiting a maths teacher to join their school from September.

The school are looking for Newly Qualified teachers or experienced Maths teachers who are looking to start their teaching career with them.

About the school

Set on very leafy grounds near an esteemed residential area, the school is based only a 7 minutes walk from Finchley Road train station with links to metropolitan and jubilee lines. The school is also easily accessed by bus and has parking on site.

The mainstream co-educational catholic school was recently graded as 'outstanding' in 2017 and is now working towards keeping this outstanding grading.

The school in Hampstead is now looking for a newly qualified maths teacher or experienced maths teacher to join the department in September. They are looking for someone who will be able to help keep the maths department to a high standard and work towards achieving outstanding again for the next inspection.

The school normally has very good behaviour so the school looks for teachers who can maintain this reputation but also help students to gain confidence, especially in maths.

They are looking for;

  • PGCE in Maths
  • Degree in Maths
  • Outstanding references from previous placements
  • Able to start in September 2019
  • Proactive and confident attitude
  • Open to working in an academy

In return you will get the opportunity to take part in CPD courses within the school and lead your own classes of students with your own creativity and teaching flair. You will be helping the heads of department to design new lessons and classes and will be given lots of opportunities to test and improve your knowledge of teaching maths.
