Maths teacher for Newport

The head teacher of a local secondary school in Newport is looking to recruit a full time maths teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 starting immediately. It will be a full time long term position for the whole academic year which would go on to a permanent contract with the school for the right candidate.
Previous experience teaching maths is desirable but NQT's are also encouraged to apply. The correct candidate will be confident in teaching KS3 and KS4 and have a positive and motivational attitude. Full marking and planning responsibilities are included in this role.
The school is a large secondary school based in Newport, which has been rated as "good" in the last Estyn inspection. It is in line with the national average for grade success meaning it is a positive learning environment to teach in. It is close to the M4 with good transport links and public transport links.
The position is paid to teacher pay scale.
