Primary Teacher / SEN Learning Support / Education Support Staff

We are currently working with a nurturing primary school in Dodleston, Chester that is looking to recruit Primary Teachers, SEN Learning Support Assistants, and School Support Staff. The school promotes a child-centred approach to learning and places a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing and inclusive education.

Many pupils benefit from additional support in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, and social development, with staff working collaboratively to provide tailored interventions and classroom support.

The Role Includes
• Supporting pupils during lessons and structured activities
• Delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences
• Assisting with emotional and behavioural support strategies
• Promoting positive learning behaviours and classroom engagement
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams

Suitable Applicants
• Qualified Primary Teachers and ECTs
• SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
• Candidates with backgrounds in care, support work, or youth services
• Individuals with a calm, patient, and proactive approach

Requirements
• Relevant experience supporting children or young people
• Good behaviour management and teamwork skills
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Commitment to safeguarding standards and school policies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
