An exciting opportunity to work in an exciting and forward thinking primary school in Duckinfield
An ideal role for a Maths Graduate or a Teaching Assistant with Intervention experience
This larger than average sized school are looking to recruit another valued member of staff that will contribute to boosting attainment across KS2 Maths. It has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and has a real sense of community. The school is a 30 minute train journey from Manchester Piccadilly and a further 20 minutes by bus.
The school's Senior Leadership Team have identified gaps in some children's learning across KS2 and are keen to employ a Maths/Numeracy Specialist that is looking for a flexible working timetable to work along side class teachers to support the children's learning and rapidly narrow the identified gaps.
As the end of year assessments are looming, the head is expecting the right member of staff to be able to build relationships quickly with staff, children and parents and make positive impacts.
