Mathematics Teacher

Our client secondary school is looking for a Mathematics teacher to join them in January to cover a maternity leave. This will be for 2 terms until the end of the academic year. As a good secondary school with a fantastic reputation located in the Oldham area, they are looking for a strong teacher of Mathematics that can teach at KS3 and KS4 level taking on full additional responsibilities including planning, marking and interdepartmental responsibility.

Highlights of this Mathematics teaching position:

• Pay will be dependent upon the successful teacher's payscale but will range between £110 - £170 per day
• Full time Maths teaching position: KS3 and KS4 with full responsibility
• Cover a maternity leave in the first instance but given the growing Maths department, potential to secure a school based contract for the right teacher

The school are specifically looking for a Maths teacher who has experience in teaching up to GCSE level and can make a positive impact with their students. Given the 2 term post spanning the spring and summer term, there will be an element of KS3 and also KS4 teaching.
