Marketing & School Liaison Executive
Location: Cambridge
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Are you a proactive and creative marketing professional with a flair for relationship-building? Our client, a reputable further education college based in Cambridge, is looking for a dynamic Marketing & School Liaison Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting the college’s offer, strengthening partnerships with local schools, and increasing student engagement and enrolments. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, able to manage a range of outreach and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local schools and external stakeholders

  • Organise and attend school liaison visits, careers fairs, open events, and community outreach activities

  • Support with the creation of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos

  • Collect and analyse data to measure the impact of campaigns and inform future strategies

  • Collaborate with curriculum staff and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, outreach, or school liaison role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
