Are you a proactive and creative marketing professional with a flair for relationship-building? Our client, a reputable further education college based in Cambridge, is looking for a dynamic Marketing & School Liaison Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting the college’s offer, strengthening partnerships with local schools, and increasing student engagement and enrolments. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, able to manage a range of outreach and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms

Build and maintain positive relationships with local schools and external stakeholders
-
Organise and attend school liaison visits, careers fairs, open events, and community outreach activities
-
Support with the creation of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and promotional videos

Collect and analyse data to measure the impact of campaigns and inform future strategies
-
Collaborate with curriculum staff and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
Essential Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a marketing, outreach, or school liaison role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong organisational and project management abilities
-
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
