Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting specialist SEN Support staff who have experience with ADHD, SLD, SEND and any Speech and language experience/qualifications. Many of our Mainstream Primary Schools are looking to add additional 1-1 support staff for the new academic year to aid the needs of the children.
Many of these roles are found in the Reception classes with new students, many have difficultly adapting to a new environment which results in behavioural issues and lack of speech due to anxiety etc. We also have many roles in upper KS2 which tend to lean towards challenging behaviour.
