Where: Our friendly primary school in Padiham, Lancashire
When: Starting September 2025
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

We’re looking for a caring, committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school family in Padiham this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference every single day, working closely with teachers to support children in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping pupils to achieve their best, both academically and socially

• Supporting learning activities in class and in small groups

• Encouraging confidence, curiosity and a love of learning

• Creating a positive, inclusive and safe classroom atmosphere

• Lending a hand with preparing resources and organising activities

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Has experience in a primary school setting

• Brings warmth, patience and a ‘can-do’ attitude

• Works well as part of a team and is ready to go the extra mile for our children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
