Level 3 Teaching Assistant Required - Chorley

We are recruiting for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Chorley for the academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term role where they can make a positive contribution to children's educational journeys and support classroom success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support.
• Assist with differentiated learning activities.
• Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Encourage participation and confidence in learning.
• Prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning (essential).
• Experience working within a mainstream primary school.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and pupils.
