Level 3 LSA
Needed ASAP – Penarth
Daily rate: £95-105
Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Duration: Summer Term (Until July 2024, potential to be extended)
** To be considered for this position you MUST hold a Level 3 LSA qualification**
Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic primary school in Penarth who are looking for a dedicated LSA with a Level 3 qualification to join them for the summer term. The successful applicant will be working within the year 5/6 class, supported by an experienced class teacher.
Job duties:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality teaching
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons
- Help to create a positive learning environment
- Cover lessons where the class teacher is absent
- Asses students progress and provide feedback
Required qualifications: Level 3 LSA qualification or a recognised HLTA qualification.
Education: Minimum of GCSE C and above in English and Maths
Experience: Proven experience working in a classroom setting (Minimum of 1 year preferred)
The role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates. It may require additional hours for meetings or events.
