Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with daily activities and routines.

• Assist with setting up learning resources and keeping the classroom organised.

• Work with small groups or individual pupils to help them engage with their learning.

• Encourage positive behaviour and teamwork.

• Support children during playtime, lunchtime, and school events.

• Have an open approach to ALN.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Enjoy working with children and helping them reach their potential.

• Be reliable, patient, and eager to learn new skills.

• Have good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Show enthusiasm and flexibility in supporting a range of classroom activities.

• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check.
