The Role

As a Level 3 qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role within the school’s Early Years provision. Working closely with experienced teachers, you will help deliver engaging learning activities and provide high-quality support across the EYFS curriculum.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting structured learning sessions, including phonics and early literacy
• Facilitating play-based and child-led learning activities
• Promoting emotional, social, and academic development
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting children’s independence and confidence as learners

We Are Looking For

• A Level 3 EYFS qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS or early years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to supporting young children
• A strong understanding of early years development and the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and creating a positive learning environment
