FULL-TIME LEVEL 3 PRESCHOOL PRACTITIONER
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly preschool team in Alton.
Location: Alton
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Position: Full-time
Role: 1:1 support for a child
About the role
We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated practitioner to provide 1:1 support for a child within our preschool setting.
You will help the child feel safe, included and supported throughout their day, while encouraging their learning, development and independence. You will work closely with the wider preschool team to ensure the child receives consistent and appropriate support.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
- Have experience working with children in an early years setting
- Be caring, patient and nurturing
- Be confident providing 1:1 support
- Have a good understanding of children's individual needs
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of a team
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children's development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
