Level 2 Teaching Assistant- Nursery

Nursey level 2 Teaching Assistant- Deane (Bolton) (BL3)

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, on behalf of a school located in the BL3 area of Bolton (close to the town centre), to work within their Nursery unit. This is a temporary full-time role starting on April the 19^th until the end of December, with the possibility of being extended. Interviews will be taking place at the end of February for this role, so applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.

The Role

• General classroom assistance, including 1:1 support with children across the class with SEND
• Experience working alongside children with SEN would be ideal but not essential
• Full-time starting from April 2021 
• Competitive rates of pay (GBP325 - GBP375 per week).
• To work alongside and provide support to the Early Years Class Teacher
• To create a safe and secure learning environment for all children to thrive and develop
• To support children with social, emotional and physical development
• To ensure all inside and outdoor learning spaces are ready for learning

The applicant must have:

• A level 2 qualification in childcare
• GCSE grades A-C (9-4) in maths and English
• Experience of working within a nursery setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
