Are you a Level 2 Teaching Assistant? Do you have a passion for supporting children through their learning journey? Do you want to become a valued member of a successful KS2 team?

If so a primary school located in the Leigh area is looking to appoint a teaching assistant to work within their KS2 setting on a full time basis. The role would be to start as soon as possible and would be for 32.5 hours a week.

A successful applicant should:

  • Be creative, enthusiastic and engaging
  • Have a strong passion for helping pupils to succeed in what they do
  • Be able to support a strong Christian ethos
  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have previous experience working with pupils
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be a good communicator and work well as part of a team

The school is a smaller than average school that has been grated as Good by Ofsted. The school looks to support all staff and pupils in order to achieve their full potential as well as creating a 'family feel' environment.
