An “Outstanding” School based in Enfield are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Learning Support Assistants to join their supportive team to start ASAP.
- “Outstanding” rated OFSTED Primary School
- The school has created an additional class for small-group work for pupils who have a range of SEN and/or disabilities. There are currently 10 pupils from key stage 1 accessing this resource.
- Three form entry school
The school is located in the idyllic Borough of Enfield; it is a school in which pupils show respect, tolerance and kindness towards others. They are well behaved and are willing to work hard.
The school have ensured that pupils are very well cared for and make excellent provision for their personal development.
A successful candidate will be:
- Experience working with special educational needs
- Ability to provide 1:1 support for EYFS & KS1 students with autism and ADHD
- Promote self-esteem of students with learning difficulties
- Additional training and skills – Counselling, Safeguarding, Makaton, PECs - desirable but not essential
