Job description

Teaching personnel is recruiting a temporary to permanent learning support assistant to work in a SEN school in the Nailsea and surrounding area.

Teaching personnel is looking for a learning support assistant to work alongside the teacher with a small class size or 1-to-1 with one student. Through this you will be working closely with students building a strong relationship and helping them develop their own social and emotional skills. As a learning support assistant you will be working with students who are challenging, have complex needs and struggle with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

This role requires a teacher who is enthusiastic, motivated and has a passion to inspire within an incredibly rewarding role. Experience with social, emotional, behavioural difficulties, autism or ADHD is desired, however, not essential.
