Job Responsibilities: As a Learning Support Assistant specializing in Skills Development, your role will be pivotal in fostering students' growth. Responsibilities include providing targeted support to enhance students' skills, collaborating with teaching staff to implement effective strategies, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 32.5 hours per week
• Term-Time: 38.2 weeks per year

Compensation:

• Competitive Monthly Salary: £1500 - £1800

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in skills development or a related field
• Familiarity with effective strategies for supporting student skill growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
