Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Learning Support Assistant to work at one of our partner schools in Scarborough.

The school is an Ofsted “Good” provision for pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties including autism and complex needs. The school is has a truly welcoming, supportive atmosphere, and understands that every child needs individualised support in order to achieve.

What are we looking for?

• A friendly, positive attitude
• Relevant experience in a related area, professional or personal
• Ideally some classroom experience, however this is not required
• Confidence working 1-1 and with small groups of pupils

This is a full-time role, to begin as soon as your vetting is completed and you are available. Working hours are 8.30-15.30, Monday-Friday – term time only meaning weekends and school holidays off!

Salary: £77 - £90 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
