Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a Secondary School in Hertfordshire!   


Learning Support Assistant
Location: Rickmansworth Area
Contract Type: Term Time Plus 5 INSET/Additional Days, Permanent

 Hours: 31 hours per week, Monday to Friday
 Salary: H3 pt 5 to H3 pt 6 (£24,790 to £25,183) plus £1,013 Fringe

 Start Date: September 2025

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students reach their full potential, particularly those with additional needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they are fully engaged and able to access the curriculum effectively.

You will be an integral part of the school community, providing tailored support to individual students or small groups and helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your efforts will contribute to building students’ confidence, independence, and academic progress.
