Learning Support Assistant
Location: Central Northampton | Start Date: 11th September (or as soon as possible)
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a thriving and inclusive secondary school in central Northampton. This welcoming and high-performing school is seeking a caring, motivated, and proactive individual to support students with a range of learning needs across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Role Overview:

Full-time Learning Support Assistant

Start date: 11th September 2025, or as soon as possible

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs (SEN)
-
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and the wider support team to promote student engagement and achievement
-
Help create an inclusive, positive, and focused classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
