A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a thriving and inclusive secondary school in central Northampton. This welcoming and high-performing school is seeking a caring, motivated, and proactive individual to support students with a range of learning needs across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Role Overview:

• Full-time Learning Support Assistant

• Start date: 11th September 2025, or as soon as possible

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs (SEN)

• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and the wider support team to promote student engagement and achievement

• Help create an inclusive, positive, and focused classroom environment
