Teaching Personnel are recruiting various Learning Support Assistants for a partnered special needs school based in Benfleet. The roles have the potential to go on a permanent basis if you are the right fit for the school.

The school focuses on inspiring their students by providing a nurturing environment in which they can develop and transform. They are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with students and offer support to regulate their feelings.

You will be supporting Secondary aged pupils with a wide range of MLD and SEMH needs. A typical day will involve supporting pupils with their emotional well-being, enabling pupils to access academic work and helping to grow their self-esteem and confidence. The school offers cooking classes, swimming lessons, sensory classes, yoga sessions and more!

Teaching Personnel can offer competitive rates of pay of £300-£350 per week as well as the opportunity to up skill your professional development by utilising our CPD Academy.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
