Teaching Personnel are seeking a flexible and dedicated Ad Hoc Learning Support Assistant to support schools across the New Forest area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping young learners thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs

• Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons

• Offer emotional, behavioural, and academic support as required

• Work on a flexible, ad hoc basis depending on school needs

We’re Looking For:

• A patient, reliable, and enthusiastic individual

• Experience within a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)

• Someone comfortable supporting pupils of differing abilities

• Availability to start ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
