Job description

 

Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils in Horsham. You will be supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support

  • Assist with differentiated learning activities

  • Help manage behaviour positively and effectively

  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCPs

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous SEN experience (desirable, not essential)

  • Patience, empathy, and resilience

  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
