  • A strong team player who can build positive relationships with staff and students.
  • Team Teach trained, or willing to undertake Team Teach training.

  • Committed to making a positive difference every day.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support in and out of the classroom.
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, participation and independence.
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour management.
  • Assisting with communication and social development.
  • Adapting support to meet individual learning needs.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff.
  • Providing personal care support when necessary.
  • Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Why This Role?
