Salary: £90- £110 a day (experience dependent)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support in schools across Gateshead. Here, you will be supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom.

The Role:

• Providing small group, and 1:1 support to SEND students
• Assisting the class teacher with any student learning support
• Helping pupils achieve socially and academically

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous teaching experience working with SEN children (desired but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Patience and compassion towards students with additional needs
