About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a group of outstanding specialist education settings in Bournemouth.

This full-time position begins in September 2025, with the flexibility for an earlier start in either a part-time or full-time capacity.

You will be working with children and young people aged 3 to 19 who have a range of special educational needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, complex learning needs, and physical disabilities.

You will have a calm, caring, and resilient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may present with challenging behaviours or require additional emotional support.

While previous experience working with SEN students is an advantage, a genuine passion for inclusive education and a willingness to learn is equally valued.

You will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals.
