Teaching Personnel are pleased to be recruiting for Learning Support Assistant in an OFSTED graded 'Outstanding' school in Gorton that caters for pupils aged 11-19 with a diverse range of special educational needs. If you wish to be part of this team then you should:
- Be committed and dedicated to teaching of pupils with SEN
- Be an adaptable and evaluative practitioner
- Be flexible and patient in challenging situations.
The school has been noted on its fantastic environment which has been created by the establishment of effective relationships between staff, pupils and the wider community. This has been made possible through clear communication between the staff and management of the school, where new ideas are tried and testes regularly consistently with best interest of the pupils in mind. As a result of this, pupil achievement and engagement in lessons is superb, allowing amazing progress to be made by the pupils and a sense of pride and enjoyment to be felt by the staff.
